Urban Update

We took the original poorly lit kitchen and dining room and opened it up to create a welcoming, well lit and spacious open concept kitchen and dining space that is perfect for entertaining. The tray ceiling was added to give the dining room a clearly defined area while keeping it open to the kitchen. A touch of light behind the molding allows for a beautiful ambient feel.

The upstairs bath (only bath) was originally pink from floor to ceiling. It had one sink and a lowered ceiling at the bath. By adding the awning windows above the mirror, removing the lowered ceiling at the bath and adding a sun tunnel we've captured the natural light that this small bathroom desperately needed.
